If you feel you receive a monthly salary that does not worth the job you are doing, well, you are not alone. You are one of the millions of employees around the world who either receive salary that is not worth of their job. Well the standard rate issue is not new. Every year employees protest to raise their salary to cope with the increasing prices starting from petroleum product to basic commodities. But no employer hears this protest. I will not be surprised if later we will have civil unrest and different civil disobedience.
